say it like you mean it.
try making a list of thing you will start\stop doing.
start small, 3-4 items.
stick with it for a week and add one more.
stick with that for a week and add 2 more things.
and so on.
slow and steady, no sustainable change comes overnight...

You need more specifics than that. Don’t just say “i’m going to eat better”. Say “I’m not going to eat fast food, fried food, burgers, pizza, chips n dip, soda/pop until I’ve lost X number of pounds”

No not really. That’s what it was for me though. Sometimes it’s waking up next to someone that looks like Keith Richards, sometimes it’s realizing that you just bought a handle of Smirnoff yesterday and you shouldn’t need to go buy another one yet, sometimes it’s looking at a credit card bill and realizing that you’ve never seen that much money in your life. But everyone has some weird realization that kicks you right in the beanbag and makes you get your shit together.
